 Steve Jobs,(CEO of Apple Inc), Kobe Bryant ( Legendary basketball player),Arnold Schwarzenegger,(famous American actor), Ray Dalio,(US billionaire),one common characteristic of all these people is that they have the habit of meditation. Ray Dalio once said: meditation more than anything in my life, it was the biggest ingredient of whatever success I have had.  it's  the biggest influence in whatever success i have had in life.  And what were the first the benefits that you found in ? The first benefits were that ability to have the quietness ,the tranquility. The ability to get energy from it rather than sleep, it would provide me more energy than sleeping . Those kinds of benefits . but then went on to develop an ongoing equanimity. That centeredness that ability to go above myself and my circumstances and to look down at them from a higher level with a clarity and an objectivity and then it started to bring out my subconscious and my creativity.

  Companies such an Intel, Google, Apple, Facebook etc. Also offer free meditation courses to their employees and they consider meditation to be a key factor for success and innovation . But many of us don't know what meditation is, so what exactly is meditation ? The definition of meditation on the Internet is like this. I don't know if you can understand it ,but I can't understand it anyway. He doesn't  talk well, he just like to to nonsense. The definition of meditation on the Internet is too abstract and too vague for many people to understand .Then  today I will use my own words to visualize,animate and concretize meditation.  Let’s  start with a straightforward  conclusion, meditation is a high degree of concentration on breathing and body. Someone on the Internet tells you that if you want to meditate, you must find a quiet environment ,make a  standard posture and find a suitable time, but what I want to tell you now is to forget all these things .Forget about the time, place, posture ,sound, environment , frequency and times of meditation. Forget all about these things.

  Just remember one thing, that is, concentration ,high concentration ,high concentration on breathing and body. Meditation is such a behavior. How should we do it specifically when inhaling ,feel the progress of air entering nasal cavity, throat, lungs and blood vessels from noses. When inhaling, fill the progress of oxygen transportation from the lungs to every part  of everybody ,every inch of skin, every hair and every cell. When inhaling, imagine that you are absorbing green energy .  Green represents health ,vitality and light force, the energy of the universe and the essence of the heaven and the earth . As you inhale,feel the top of your head and your toes,and imagine that these two locations are being massaged with oxygen and charged by green energy .As you inhale, imagine that the green energy you breathe in is as cool as mints which bring you a feeling of relaxation,calmness,joy and happiness. As you inhale, fell the progress of slightly bulging abdomen and slightly expanded chest. Imagine that you are a balloon that is being flushed with hydrogen gas.

When you breathe in, feel your body getting easier and easier ,imagine your body slowly floating upward,  just like floating in amniotic fluid, and then floating to the sky very high . When you exhale, imagine that you exhale black energy . Black energy not only takes away the waste from your body but also takes away your tension, anxiety ,sadness, disappointment and other negative emotions . you have to focus all your attention on feeling and do your best to feel every cellular change.  When other thoughts come to your mind, ignore them ,don't care, don't stress ,continue to focus on your body ,gently shift your focus back to your breathing. So that the thoughts will disappear automatically.  These thoughts are like waves beating on rocks. If you leave them alone, they will fade away automatically . It is also like leaves on a lake,they will float away automatically . For example, if you suddenly think of an elephant ,you should not imagine what color it is ,how heavy it is ,how big it is ,how tall is ,how long its trunk, and what it likes to eat . Don't judge, don't make associations, don't ask questions, don’t look for answers.

You just need to observe the process from his disappearance to his disappearance and do nothing else. Only observe, not judge. There is another way, imagine you are at the door of a mouth hole ,and your messy thoughts are like mice. Holding a mindset of watching fun, and then observe your brain to see what kind of thoughts will come to your mind,  if a brown mouse suddenly jumps out of the mouth hole, leave him alone. Don't think about why the mouse is brown and then focus on breathing and body. This is the process of meditation. It doesn't take long ,just 10 minutes or even 5 minutes.  You will feel a wonderful state ,feel very relaxed in your body and feel very calm in your brain . Moreover ,you can meditate anywhere, in any place, in any posture under any environment and there is no limit to the time and frequency. you can even meditate while running. This is meditation, or what I think of as meditation. Perhaps my understanding of meditation is not always collect, but this understanding has been the most useful and effective for me. 

Meditation has 3 obvious benefits for me. Firstly, restore energy. Meditation is an extremely effective way to rest, even if your meditation for 10 minutes, you can obviously feel that your body has recovered its energy, just like a dead cell phone is fully charged.  Secondly, adjust the mood.  When I feel negative emotions such an anxiety,sadness, disappointment ,pain,etc. I will forcibly divert  my attention through meditation and weaken the destructive power of negative emotions on me. while green energy gives me a relaxed and  pleasant mood. Thirdly, train concentration. Meditation is a concentration exercise which requires you to concentrate on your breathing and body. People who meditate regularly have a strong concentration and will not be disturbed by outside interference. They are very efficient in work and study . Everyone on Internet says meditation is good but almost no one can make it clear in one sentence. So let me put meditation into one sentence now. Meditation is a high concentration on breathing and body. Strictly speaking ,there are many types of meditation and there are also many different stages of each type。
